Petter Holmsen studied film at Long Island University, where he graduated Valedictorian of his class, becoming the first film student to do so in the university’s history. In the years since then, Holmsen has directed several series, such as “Forever Young”, “The Oil Fund”, and the feature film “Mountain Madness”. Holmsen’s Netflix debut, “Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes”, was released August, 2021 to rave reviews. In addition to long format work, Holmsen has significant experience in the commercial world, including winning gold at the Epica award show in 2016.
